We work with you to find the perfect venue and host hotel for your guests, negotiate room and venue contracts, conduct site visits & tastings, create budgets & wedding websites, design your event and contract a team of vendors within your budget to create the wedding of your dreams.
Upon your arrival, we are on-site to welcome you and your guests, assemble and deliver welcome bags, coordinate your rehearsal ceremony and manage all the details of your destination wedding.
On the wedding day we manage complete set-up and strike of your event, manage transportation logistics, liaise between you and your vendors, orchestrate all special moments and at the end of the night, wrap up and deliver wedding items back to your hotel room safely.
To complete your guest experience, we will take care of after wedding parties, brunches, trash the dress photo shoots…anything you need.
